I am an accredited psychotherapist with an MA in Child and Adolescent Counselling and Psychotherapy. With four years of clinical experience, I specialise in a range of therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, schema therapy, and trauma-informed care. My practice is informed by an understanding of attachment theory and the complexities of human connection. I work with diverse client groups, including adults, families, and teenagers, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for each individual’s journey. Areas of special interest include abandonment issues, anxiety, and relationship difficulties, particularly within the LGBTQ+ community. My aim is to provide a safe space where clients can explore their emotional challenges and gain deeper insights into their patterns of behaviour.
