I am a psychotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, based in Bloomsbury. My practice is enriched by my work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, which informs a deep understanding of the unique stories that shape us all. I hold an MSc in Counselling, alongside advanced diplomas in Psychotherapy and Positive Psychology, as well as a postgraduate certificate in Psychological Trauma. My practice within the heart of London, near the British Museum, is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. I believe in the power of therapy to promote emotional thriving and authenticity. It is not about fixing problems but about fostering self-understanding and growth. I welcome adults aged 18 and over and seniors, providing support through various challenges such as bereavement, anxiety, and relationship issues, always tailored to your individual needs.
