I am a HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist with a decade of experience assisting adults in overcoming a diverse array of emotional and psychological challenges. My professional journey encompasses extensive practice in both NHS and private healthcare settings, where I have supported individuals dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions. I possess a deep understanding of how our relationships and life experiences influence our self-perception and interactions with others. I commonly work with thoughtful individuals who, despite outward appearances, face internal struggles related to anxiety, self-criticism, and uncertainty.
