Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all Mind a Porter e-gift cards purchased through our platform. By purchasing a gift card you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms on your own behalf and, where relevant, on behalf of the recipient.
1. Purchase & delivery
Mind a Porter e-gift cards are digital only and are delivered by email to the recipient email address provided at checkout. A gift card may be purchased for any value between £25 and £500. You may choose to send the gift card immediately after purchase or schedule delivery for a future date. Once payment is confirmed, the gift card is activated and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Validity period
Each gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (not from the delivery date). The expiry date is fixed at the time of purchase and is included in the gift card email. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and the gift card will become void. We strongly encourage recipients to book their session well in advance of the expiry date.
3. Redemption
The gift card code can be entered at checkout when booking any therapy session on the Mind a Porter platform, subject to therapist availability. If the session costs less than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays on the gift card for future bookings until it is exhausted or expires. If the session costs more than the gift card value, the recipient may pay the difference with another payment method. A single gift card may be used across multiple bookings until the balance is fully redeemed.
4. Non-refundable & non-transferable
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part. A gift card is tied to the recipient email address provided at purchase and is not transferable to another person. We are not obliged to replace a gift card where the code has been shared or used without the recipient's consent.
5. Lost or undelivered codes
If a gift card email is not received, please contact us at hello@mindaporter.com quoting the purchaser email and order details. We will reissue the gift card email to the intended recipient. If a recipient loses their gift card code, we may reissue it to the original recipient email address upon verification. We will not reissue a gift card to a different email address without proof of purchase.
6. Cancellations & refunds of booked sessions
When a gift card is used to book a session, the standard Mind a Porter cancellation policy applies to that booking. If a recipient cancels a session within the cancellation window, any refunded amount is returned to the gift card balance (up to the original value) and remains subject to the same 12-month expiry. Sessions cancelled outside the refund window are non-refundable.
7. Misuse
Mind a Porter reserves the right to void a gift card where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorised use, resale, or breach of these terms. We may refuse redemption of a gift card that has been tampered with or obtained through illegitimate means.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to gift cards purchased after the updated terms are published; gift cards already purchased remain governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with a Mind a Porter gift card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
